Who we are
Resell.ie is run by Conjora Limited, registered in Ireland. Listing and browsing are free.
We are not part of the sale
Resell.ie puts buyers and sellers in touch. We do not own, inspect, hold or deliver any item, and we do not take payment. The sale is between buyer and seller. Buyers are responsible for checking an item before paying for it.
Listing an item
You must own the item and be entitled to sell it, and your listing must describe it honestly, with photos of the actual item. A listing goes live only after you confirm it from the email we send you. Keep that email: its link is how you mark the item sold or remove it.
You may not list: weapons, drugs or prescription medicine, tobacco or alcohol, live animals, counterfeit or stolen goods, adult content, services, or anything illegal to sell in Ireland. Listings are checked automatically, and we remove any listing that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is a scam, without notice.
Messaging
When a buyer messages a seller, we email the message to the seller with the buyer's address as the reply address. The seller's email is never shown on the site. Do not use the message form for spam, marketing, or anything abusive.
Staying safe
Meet in a public place, see the item working before you pay, and pay on collection. Never pay a deposit, pay by gift card, or use a courier or “agent” arranged by the other side.
Your data
We keep your email address to send your publish link and pass on buyer messages, and nothing else — it is not added to any mailing list. To have a listing and its photos deleted, use Remove on your manage link, or email hello@resell.ie. Our full privacy policy is at conjora.ie/privacy.
Liability
We provide Resell.ie as it is. We are not liable for the condition, legality or delivery of any item, or for anything that happens between a buyer and a seller. Nothing here limits rights you have under Irish consumer law.
